BFS GmbH offers a complete range of machinery for the manufacture of concrete elements needed for the construction of sewerage systems. Machines are available for all parts, the modular system permitting them to be automated step by step. BFS GmbH not only supplies the production machinery, but offer a wide range of supplementary devices including transport and handling systems for transport of the manufactured elements within the works.

The SOUVERAEN automatic machine for the manufacture of concrete pipes and steel reinforced concrete pipes by the rotation-pressing procedure. Products with nominal widths of 250 mm to 1600 mm, and with maximum lengths up to 3600 mm can be produced.
The JUMBO universal machine for the manufacture of products up to 3600 mm diameter and 3600 mm length. Particularly for large reinforced concrete pipes, jacking pipes and for three-chamber septic tanks, rainwater cisterns and other cross-sections.
The ATLANTIC automatic machine for the manufacture of manhole rings with diameters up to 2000 mm.
The KARIBIC automatic machine for the manufacture of street gullies and small diameter pipes.
The PACIFIC automatic machine for the manufacture of concrete pipes with nominal diameters from 300 mm to 1000 mm and lengths up to 2500 mm.
The GONIO series for the automatic manufacture of monolithic manhole bases up to nominal diameters of 1200 mm and of base sections for household connection.
The RINGBLITZ automatic machine for the manufacture of support rings, cover rims etc..
Fully automatic Wet-Cast-machine SLAB-FLEX for the production of different concrete elements, slabs or walling systems.
BFS GmbH also offers an extensive range of MOULDS for the manufacture of liquid separators, rectangular culverts and special versions of large diameter pipes such as jacking pipes, egg-shaped pipes or arch pipes.
